NATO Parliamentary Assembly, Spring Session - Bratislava, Slovakia2019-05-27

  NATO Parliamentary Assembly provides a forum in which parliamentarians from the 29 members of the North Atlantic Alliance meet together regularly in order to exchange views on key concerns and problems and to provide an indication of parliamentary and public opinion towards Alliance policies. 2nd Regional Seminar for the Asia-Pacific Regional Parliaments on Achieving the SDGs2019-05-10

  The Second Regional Seminar for the Asia-Pacific Regional Parliaments on Achieving the SDGs will be held in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia from May 27-28. The seminar will be jointly organized by the Inter-Parliamentary Union (IPU) and the Great State Hural of Mongolia and is part of a series of IPU regional seminars worldwide on SDGs implementation.   The Seminar will follow up on the conclusions of the first seminar held in Ho Chi Minh City, Viet Nam in 2017 and will aim to further define the opportunities and challenges facing parliaments in the Asia-Pacific region in exercising their role in SDGs implementation.    For more information, please visit https://www.ipu.org/event/second-regional-seminar-asia-pacific-region-parliaments-achieving-sustainable-development-goals.

3rd General Assembly of the Asian Water Council2019-03-06

The third General Assembly of the Asian Water Council (AWC) and the 8th/9th Board of Council Meeting will be held from March 13 to 15 in Makati, Philippines. The General Assembly is co-hosted by AWC and Philippine's Metropolitan Waterworks and Sewerage Systems (MWSS). In this meeting, representatives from AWC member nations will meet to address to water issues in Asia and discuss Water Projects.
