The 141st Assembly of the IPU will be held from 13 to 17 October, in Belgrade, Serbia.
Meetings of all IPU statutory bodies - Governing Council, Standing Committees, Committees on the Human Rights of Parliamentarians and on Middle East Questions, Forum of Women Parliamentarians and the Forum of Young MPs – will take place during the event.
This year, the general debate of the conference is themed "Strengthening international law: Parliamentary roles and mechanisms, and the contribution of regional cooperation."
